EntitySeal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates entityseal.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

When you create an account and build your entity profile, we collect the business information you provide: company name, description, address, phone, email, website, services, credentials, licensing information, and other fields you complete in your profile.

When you sign up for a paid membership, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

When you use the Free AI Audit, we collect the URL you submit. We fetch the publicly available content at that URL to generate your visibility score. We do not store the content of your website.

We use Google Analytics (via Site Kit) to understand how visitors use our site. This collects standard analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and general location. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We use cookies for essential site functionality including keeping you logged in and processing your membership.

How We Use Your Information

We use your business information to build and maintain your verified digital identity — including your entity profile and your AI visibility score. That is the service you are paying for. Your profile data is intentionally made public — the purpose of EntitySeal is to make your business visible and discoverable by AI systems.

We use your email address to communicate with you about your account, membership, and service updates.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Your Hosted Profile

Your entity profile and the structured data generated by EntitySeal are public by design. This includes your business name, description, address, services, and credentials. This information is published to editorial authority sites . Making this information accessible to AI platforms and search engines is the core function of the service.

If you cancel your membership, your profile is removed from all public-facing systems. Your data is retained internally in a deactivated state for 90 days in case you resubscribe. After 90 days, you may request permanent deletion.

Data Retention

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your membership is active. If you cancel, we retain your data in a deactivated state for 90 days in case you resubscribe. After 90 days, you may request permanent deletion by emailing us.

Your Rights

You may access, update, or correct your business information at any time through your EntitySeal dashboard.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@entityseal.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise these rights, contact hello@entityseal.com.

Children’s Privacy

EntitySeal is a business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
